The breast was so moist and delicious. She used salt... I like your recipe and will counter at Christmas! I'm assuming you add the potatoes (already made?) just before the balance of the flour? Or, do you just add in the dried potatoes? I couldn't find it in the recipe and I'm definitely going to use it... Come visit when you get the flour off your hands... My Mother in Law taught me to rinse the inside of the bird with cold water and then rub the inside and under the skin with salt. I often add fresh rosemary and sage to the rub and then rub butter under the skin and over the top. I've never once needed to season my gravy when I've used this method.TMCPhotohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00507659700870917548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6991743430794325756.post-41227414301510057532010-11-28T16:49:23.539-08:002010-11-28T16:49:23.539-08:00Someone got a new mixer!Someone got a new mixer!brokenteepeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06907414560986208401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6991743430794325756.post-16446568341403526162010-11-28T16:12:38.966-08:002010-11-28T16:12:38.966-08:00Looks delicious as always.
