Remember this table I found a while back?
First I thought it should be silver.
But it ended up being gold.
These are a few things I found this morning. I am going to mosaic the clock.
This is my favorite find of the day.
This table was 29.99 but today was half off at the thrift store. It has great lines and is really well made. After I paint it, I am going to mosaic it. I can't wait to get to work on it.
Here is a good recipe for tomatoes. I forgot to take pics of some of the steps. Using Roma tomatoes, slice them in half and scoop the insides out. Sprinkle sea salt inside them and turn them over on paper towels to drain.
I told you I left a few steps out! While the tomatoes are draining, mix some ricotta cheese, Parmesan, minced fresh parsley, minced fresh basil and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Scoop this mixture into each tomato shell.
Crush some Ritz crackers and dip the tops of each tomato into it until coated. Sprinkle them with olive oil and bake them at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
I overfilled a few and they became a bit messy.
These are seriously yummy. I am serving them on salads but they would be great as a side dish too. If you are lucky enough to have an abundance of tomatoes this summer, this is a good way to use them. You can use any type of tomato in this recipe.

damn my lactose intolerance! those tomatoes look really good. 2 years ago we were drowning in tomatoes lol didn't know what to do with them all, visitors were leaving the house with them as gifts lol
And thank you for this tomato idea! I'm going to do this for sure. What a great idea! You're just full of them, aren't you? :)
