I bought some slider buns, spread them with garlic butter.
The secret to this recipe is to marinate chicken breast pieces in dill pickle juice. Put the pieces in a ziplock bag and pour in some dill pickle juice. Refrigerate them for several hours or overnight. You can see the tinge of color from the pickle juice on the meat.
Toast the buns under the broiler.
Pour a bit of oil in a heavy sauce pan. You only need about 1/4 inch. Heat it over medium high heat.
Season some flour with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, coating the entire piece. Cook them until golden and drain on paper towels. If the oil is hot enough these will not be greasy.
Place them on the buns and top them with some dill pickle slices. These were really good. Kids love them, even very big kids!

Even we on this side of the ocean have heard about Chick-Fil-A's politics and they wouldn't be able to get many customers over here if they tried to start up here too.
Have a great day!
Christer.
Pickle juice, now that's a new one but I trust you, lol!!I whole heartedly agree with Debra!
Chik-Fil-A does not discriminate in any way against gays. My cousin is openly gay and she and her partner own a franchise in CA.

Thank you for this recipe!
It's something even I can make.
Now if you could do a post on how to make their waffle fries...I might just cry out of happiness!
