I had leftover potlatch salmon from the other day and this is what I did with it.
I cut the salmon into pieces and gently heated it.
In a separate skillet, I sauteed some garlic in a bit of oil and butter and added lots of chopped fresh herbs from my garden. I used chives, rosemary, marjoram, parsley, sage and oregano.
I boiled some thin spaghetti.
Then mixed it with the butter sauce.
And served the salmon over it.

Blue, and supposed to keep you cool, worn around the neck when out gardening, etc. ,-)
