It isn't that cold here but I'll keep the fire alive in the stove all evening and a big part of the night too. I'm already tired of winter and we might still have at least two months of it still.
It is cold and getting colder with snow coming. Our pipes have frozen again.....and no water. Just think that our homes aren't prepared for this. Stay warm and inside if you can. I am trying.
You have expressed it very well! Last winter we had one temperature in the teens - 19 - only one time. This winter, we have been below 19 more than once already! Our heat pump is running continuously! Stay warm!
I microwave towels, pj's and even my slippers before I put them on. Works for me and I'm asleep in NO time! I visited New England once, connecticut in October and I didn't get warm again until I landed in Los Angeles..and that's the honest to goodness truth!! I think I already told you that. No matter..I told someone. I can't remember what I had for breakfast anymore...but I do know we are NOT HAVING ANY WINTER AND IT'S DISGUSTING!!
