I lost Spring Yesterday

 I misplaced it all day.  I had it the day before and the day before that. I even had summer for a few days. But then I lost it. The day started out with cold rain.

 Which soon turned to sleet.

 Then heavy snow.

 The ground was still warm from when it was summer so not much stuck to the ground.

What do you think?  Is this the last one?

Oh I have learned the hard way to start predicting whether that is the last of winter! We call snow this time of year 'the farmers fertilizer'.

You really have gotten Swedish spring, that kind of weather is typical here all in to early May or late May those years we're unlucky. I do hope this was the last winter day You had for this time!

Hope any new plants didn't suffer from the late snow. Must be terribly hard to plan the garden planting. We have gloomy wet autumn weather - good for the garden but I miss the sun already

You welcomed Spring. It's not as though you chased it away, for heavens sakes! March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb..April showers bring the flowers...I mean..WHAT THE HECK?
Nothing is as it should be. Perhaps the weather God's heard how much you loved Winter and sent you another week?? I don't know! I'm just guessing here! :):) I'm sorry..we have heard in the news the strange burst of Winter weather that has swept across the country...New England and down the East Coast. Strange weather patterns...
No Winter in California..hardly any rain to speak of...I wonder what's going on. April is a mysterious month.
