I saw an article on AOL yesterday about the best meatballs in the country. I read through them trying to find out what it was that made each of them the best. Then I set out to make my own. |
I also added about 3/4 C. of grated Parmesan cheese. Oh, and some diced fresh parsley.
This recipe made 15 meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
I baked them at 350 degrees for about 23 minutes or until they read 165 on an instant read thermometer.
I served them on some homemade rolls brushed with garlic butter. I added some mozzarella and provolone cheese which I melted under the broiler. One meatball on each slider was just the right size. These are very tasty meatballs!

Have a great day!
Christer.
I am having Daughter in law bring fresh rolls from the Jammin' Bread.
Mona...oh and by the way...I noticed one was missing? So...who got it? The cook? The Blog Tech? Teddy? :)
Thanks
Jamie
