Thumbprint Cookies with Chocolate Ganache

I made these yesterday for the workers and for my girlfriends kids.  I probably shouldn't have given them to the workers because they broke another of my windows yesterday when they were replacing it.  This is the second one they broke.  This is going to drag this project out even longer.  Ugh!
 Ganache is easy to make.  Place 16 oz. of high quality chocolate in a bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling cream over it.  Don't stir.  let it sit for 10 minutes and then whisk it together. It will look just like this and will darken as it cools.

 I made one batch with colored sprinkles.

I had extra ganache so I made another batch and rolled them in chopped walnuts.

Are You sure they don't break things on purpose, I mean the longer they stay the more delicious things they'll get from You :-) :-) :-)

I do like the look of those with the colored sprinkles :-)

These look yummy, I said I feed my workers too, roofers and painters....but there does come a point when I questioned them " hey , are you just staying for the food, hahah" ? Kind of lets them know I am impatient.

Someone needs to be a little more careful. One..that can happen..two? That's carelessness.
Are they getting close to being finished. I mean will you be able to decorate your front porch for Christmas??

p.s. Not sure I would feed them again. They have had it good..on top of being paid! Sometimes it works and sometimes it makes them tend to take advantage of your good nature. Lord only knows you have that!!
