Then add 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons of granulated garlic and 2 tablespoons of granulated onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 8 cups of beef stock and 4 large cans of tomato puree. I also added a few beef bouillon cubes to enrich the flavor. Taste it and adjust seasoning if necessary. Stir in 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
Cook some broken lasagna noodles to al dente and add them to the soup. You can use any kind of pasta you like. This was served with grated mozzarella on top. You can also serve it with a dollop of ricotta cheese.
