Kippels

Yesterday I made my mother's kippels for the wedding.  These are the cookies I most associate with her.  I remember carefully folding these with her when I was a very little girl.

 I made hundreds of them.

I could have used a little helper!  1200 cookies so far and still counting.

I am assuming you freeze all these cookies right? Any helpful hints for freezing. They all look delicious.

I've eaten something very similar to these and I really should make some myself because they are delicious!

Have a great day!

Christer.
Hopefully the Blog Tech and his bride will provide you with a little helper or two in due course!

What delicious cookies these must be!! How much longer do you have to bake the needed cookies?

My favorite cookie. I made so many for my sons wedding and they were gone in a flash. I swear I made hundreds. Mine didn't roll as nice as yours. You are a professional I am an amateur. Lol. Perfect!,,

*Amazed* at your baking prowess. These last cookie posts have been incredible!!! The guests could eat only cookies at the reception and go away happy :)!

So, that's what they're called! A friend's mom (high school age) used to make these around the holidays and I inhaled them!
