I think of it this way. Now the days will start getting shorter, August is only one month and what, eight days away? All the harvest holidays start with August and then the real fun starts. The weather will get cooler, kids go back to school, leaves turn color, baking and shopping for the holidays begin, and before you know it, October is here and Halloween will begin. *+*+* magical sigh *+*+*
