The Snowball Bowl

The Blog Tech's hounds and the W's had not seen each other since the pandemic began.  We decided with the snow it would be lots of fun for them to get together.  We planned on meeting them at the guest house where they had lots of room to play.  Here's Willie waiting for the coin toss.

The bloodhounds kick off as the chows receive. Game on.

 Charlie makes an appearance dressed in his lobster coat team colors.  

Willie calls holding.

Ziggy goes straight for the tail.  The bloodhounds grab the chow's tails and the chows grab the bloodhound's ears and loose skin. It's a fair fight.

Willie asks Ziggy if he can brush his teeth before he plays this game next time. And maybe gargle a little.

Zigman observes from the sideline.

Winifred calls a time out.

She gives Ziggy an earful.  She says no dog-collaring is allowed.

Ziggy is double teamed by the chows.

Willie takes a breather and studies Ziggy's moves.

Then The W's go on offense.

This time Willie calls a time out.

Ziggy goes on offense.

Ziggy mutters some unmentionables to Willie about his sister.

They decide to keep the girl out of it and Ziggy apologizes.

Willie misses a tackle and Ziggy is in for a first down.

Willie tells Ziggy what he thinks of that move.

Ziggy has his game face on and refuses to respond.

Charlie reviews the move from all angles.

Ziggy shakes it off and goes back to the game.

Wils decided to sit this one out.

But Ziggy attacks from behind.

Winnie suits up and returns to the game.

 And then Ziggy eats Willie's face.  Game over.
