Off To The Mountains

I got a call from my ramp supplier telling me he was digging yesterday.  That means I have to drive up to the mountains to pick up my order.

This is an old pic of partially cleaned ramps.  Mine will look like shovels full of dirt with greens sticking out of them.  Hours of cleaning and prepping are ahead of me but it is one of my favorite things to do! I will report back later.
