This is a recipe for butterscotch blondies with maple caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Besides sugar and eggs and flour, these are other ingredients you will need.

Melt 1/3 cup butter and mix it with 1 cup of lt. brown sugar.

It will look like this.

Then beat in 1 egg.

Beat in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Beat until it looks like this.

Blend in 1 cup of flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/8 tsp. baking soda.

Then add 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.

Spread evenly in a 9 inch greased cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 25 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. It should look just like this.

While it is baking melt 1/2 cup of butter with 3/4 cup maple syrup . After the butter melts add 3/4 cup lt. brown sugar and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

It will look like this.

Pour it into a container which is microwavable so you can reheat it.

Cut the blondie and serve it with vanilla ice cream and the caramel maple sauce.

We drove out to a state park yesterday. As hot as it was it was very empty.

Swimming time!

The daisies were in bloom everywhere.

They look yummy...especially the ice cream. We make a lot of goat's milk ice cream around here. Not a surprise I suppose...heh heh
