Last evening I decided to make some crackers to serve at the lunch meeting I have today. I made some olive hummus and these will be perfect with it. |
- 1 and ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 and ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ cup water
Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each piece out very thin on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle the tops with diced fresh rosemary and sea salt. Roll the topping into the dough with a rolling pin. I topped some of the crackers with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt and dried onion.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 17 minutes. Cool on racks.
