I have a friend that had to close his business because of covid. It just about killed him to lay off his workers. Yesterday they went back to work. I can't do much for many during this quarantine but I've been cooking for people as often as I can. A lot of my cooking depends on when I can pull together enough ingredients. Yesterday I made them comfort food.
I made them taco mac and cheese. A vat of it!

I gave them a container of scape butter to eat with these.
And I made coleslaw.
My daughter made them lots of funfetti cupcakes. They had a good 'return to work' day!
