chicken, arugula, and gruyere on home-made bread

Someone asked how we are all using our first crops. All i really have right now is chives and arugula. For my daughter's lunch today i packed this sandwich. On my home baked bread i slathered dijon mustard then layered a chicken paillard, arugula, gruyere and red onion. Mmmmmmm...
