Easy Homemade Granola

Start with plain oats.

Add almonds, sunflower seeds, soybeans, coconut, pepitas and cashews. You can basically use anything you want.

Stir this all together.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir thoroughly.

Then add honey and oil and maple syrup.

Spread on foil covered cookie sheets. Then bake at 300 degrees for about an hour and a half. The less time it is in, the chewier it is.

Remove from the oven and while still warm,

add dried fruits. I add cherries, raisins and cranberries. Mix this all together and allow to cool.

Time to eat!
