Prepared For Frost

This was a good test to see if that PVC idea in the raised beds works......

and it did. It went down to 34 degrees and everything was fine this morning.

Hmmmmm....where does that gate go?

Down to the forest I planted!

To the blooming dogwood trees....

and the peony.

I am waiting here. It is deceptively warm but last year we had 4" of snow on June 10th. Montana likes to sneak up on you like that....

I like the rings....

If you don't mind my asking... just how large is your property? It's so gorgeous!

Wow. I'm fairly speechless. This is the yard I wanted. Unfortunately, 'mr. juniper' thinks he has to grow everywhere at my house. :( The trials of the high desert I suppose.

I love your witch things... the egg has me fascinated. I've never seen such things. Thanks for visiting. :)
