Nostalgic Halloween

The Instructor. This was a magazine for teachers.

1931 Studying Indians? 4.00 a year was rather expensive back then.

Love the graphics! Spooky eyes.

Leslie's Held by the enemy. Who is that enemy?

A teacher or mother?

I love this cover of The Saturday Evening Post. The Czechs are beating the Nazis.

Click for a close up.

October 31, 1942.

Remember Life magazine? It has a little poem on the bottom corner.

A Halloween salute
to specters and spooks

You have a nice collection. I love celebrating Halloween. I wonder if we celebrate it now as much as they did in the past. Thanks for the nostalgia.
