PUMPKINS!!!!

I woke up this morning with the need to see some pumpkins. Since the real ones have not been picked yet I resorted to my fake pumpkin stash. I bought this Staub roaster last year on my trip to Salem.

This is an antique silver pumpkin from China. Women used to carry their sewing supplies in pumpkins such as this.

Small ceramic pumpkins for holding condiments.

A large ceramic pumpkin bowl.

Another pumpkin bowl. For many years this was our trick or treat candy bowl.

Two mercury glass pumpkins.

Anyone want some salad? I found these salad tongs while looking for my pumpkins.

My new Le Crueset mini cocottes. Perfect for making pumpkin shepherds pies.

Ok, I know these aren't pumpkins. But they are pumpkin colored. I found this pattern of cupcake liners at the store this morning. Maybe pumpkin cupcakes with orange icing?

I have many more pumpkins but these were the most available. After I dig through things and get to the back of my shelves I will post more.

Oh those are all magnificent!

I have a special place in my heart for pumpkins, my oldest daughter's nickname has been " Punkin'" since she was born ( almost 13 years ago...sigh..)and ever since then I have had a love for all things pumpkin.

That roaster is gorgeous, I love it!
I´m amazed over all things You have! Pumpkin things isn´t a big thing over here. To be honest, I think most people only knows anything about pupkins from American movies. The sallad tongs however we have here :-) :-)
have a great day now!
