Shopping in Salem

This is one of my favorite stores to pick up souvenirs from Salem. www.thetrolleydepot.com

Plus the people are very friendly here.

There is one whole wall of ornaments.

A large selection of books.

We purchased several items from this section.

It's one of the best places to buy unique t-shirts and sweat shirts.

A Halloween quilt.

This is another place I head to when I am in town. A fabulous witch candlestick from this storewill be included in the giveaway I am doing with Mrs. B's 31 days of Halloween. Click on the button on my sidebar to visit her site.

A wizard statue.

A zodiac rug.

You can visit the museum as well.

Besoms for sale.

I have one of these blown glass witch balls hanging in the bird cage on my potting table.

Tarot cards and tarot boxes.

This is not for sale but if it was it would be mine!

And if you want a truly lasting impression.....

I also observed the wonderful architecture which I will show in an upcoming post. I am on the run so this is short. Lots to do and little time!

In the next few days I will be posting my favorite store in Salem. It is simply the most authentic witch store I know of. I was the first person they allowed to take photos and I am very excited to show them to you.

I've picked up a lot of really cool items and will be giving them away in the upcoming weeks so make sure you check back to enter.

***There is still time to enter this weeks giveaway by clicking on the Teddy's Treats button on my sidebar.

It's a good thing I don't live too close to Salem or else I would be broke! The ornaments, the books, the magickal little treasures. Another lovely trip we get to view with you. Thank you :) And I'm sure Teddy fit right in with her royal witchiness.
"It is simply the most authentic witch store I know of."

That sounds interesting. Can't wait to see!

Squeee!!! I'm just loving your photos. When I saw the picture of the store The Broom Closet it almost made me cry. I was the first store I went to in Salem on my first visit there. I think it's my favorite. I'll kick myself though, on my last visit I never picked up one of the witch balls. I may have to do an online order. Hope you are enjoying yourself as much as I'm enjoy the photos!

I have one of those orange cat Salem tees! We visited about a month ago while visiting family on the east coast. I, unfortunately, spent just one morning in Salem before flying out of Boston. It was just enough time to grab a couple of souvenirs and know that I want to go back!
I wish I were with you. I have never seen so many great items. How could you pass up the tattoos. Just a little one!
