Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The pie buffet.

Mini pumpkin pies topped with homemade whipped cream and walnut brittle.

I like individual pies better than cutting pieces from one big pie.

But I had extra filling so I made some big ones too.

Mini pecan pies.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

The pies look absolutely delicious, yum! :)))) I wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving Day! :)))
Oh yum!!!! Hope you and yours enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving. Your cranberry orange cornmeal cake baked up a like a dream. Everyone loved it (I took it one step further - using gluten free corn flour and it was amazing). Tomorrow we search for a vessel so we can make your no-knead breads. :) Theresa
Good grief...you must be made of iron! Those are gorgeous and I am sure taste as good as they look and you are still alive?? :) I can tell you worked hard during this Hoiday...and Christmas is coming. I have told so many people to check out your sidebar for fantastic recipe's...and photo's to go with them! My daughter is ...beyond delighted as she LOVES to you..as you might know by now.

I am sending you a thanking you through "snail mail"...rather than on here. :) I was rather uncertain as it was a "giveaway" ...
Such a nice thing you did for me...and encouraging. I am having such fun! Thanks..
