A Day Off

Teddy said she thinks she should be the star of today's post because she has been overlooked on here lately.

I had a very busy weekend cooking for the gang.

I had to stock my kids refrigerators since they were low on food.

Their friends were hungry too and asked to send some their way as well. So today I am taking the day off. Not one bit of food will be prepared here today. Well, except for Teddy's. I never take a day off from taking care of the pup!

Teddy listening to something. Radar ears.

Ears back to normal.

Teddy with a smile on her face.

Teddy telling me it is time to feed her. She is sitting just below the burner I cook her food on.

Teddy listening to something to her right. I wish I could turn my ears independent of each other. Actually, I wish I could move my ears any way at all.

Teddy always keeps an eye on her mama. When she walks ahead of me she turns around every 15 seconds to make sure I am still behind her.

Teddy hopes you liked seeing some pics of her today while her mama does nothing!

Good for you. I'm taking it easy today too after making ice cream and raviolis yesterday.

It is so nice to see Teddy back in the spotlight. I miss her. What was that green stuff behind her in a couple of pictures? Oh! I remember, grass.

I'm so glad you are taking a day off. Maybe dinner out tonight would be a good idea.

After all that cooking you deserve a day off. Teddy is my favorite dog on the blogs and I love seeing new photos of her!

Go Teddy's Mama. You more than deserve a day off, from all but Teddy.

I loved seeing the pictures of her. She is precious beyond words.

Enjoy your rest!

:-) Who would not enjoy pics of your sweet Teddy?!? :-)

And why don't I really think that you got through the whole day, without cooking something for *peoples*? ,-)

Teddy is a giant furry sweetie pie.
I didn't know this about her ears - I laughed out loud when you pointed out her listening to something on her right!

Thank you for a great Teddy day! She has been very patient and deserved her own special postings, even though you slipped in some food pix... (Let me know when your neighbor's house goes up for sale!) Give her a big hug for me...

I love seeing photos of your darling Teddy! And how nice of her to take over the blog so that you can get some well deserved rest. .although I can't help but wonder how long you were able to stay away from the stove! (besides fixing Teddy's meals, that is)

We should get t-shirts with "I love Teddy." She is so adorable. The radar ears made me chuckle out loud. I never tire of her sweet face and loving soul.

I've decided rather than be your neighbor, I may just want to move into your house and eat your food. I don't mind one bit sitting on the floor next to Teddy below the burner. You just say the word.
