The Blog Tech made a request, he wanted a cobb salad. When The Blog Tech makes a request, I jump into action! He is a very spoiled Blog Tech. But he is the only one I have so it is okay.
First, I fried bacon.
The I cut some big shrimp into pieces.
I pounded out some chicken.
I seasoned it with some spices and pan fried it.
Then I sauteed the shrimp until they became pink.
I made a simple vinaigrette with red wine, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper, honey and mustard.
I placed lettuce on plates and made rows of the diced chicken, hard boiled eggs, bacon, shrimp, avocado, onions, diced ham, tomatoes and blue cheese.
Now that I take a closer look I see that I added cheddar cheese too.
Just before serving, I whisked olive oil into the vinegar mix for a tasty vinaigrette.

I´ve been fighting with my blog for two hours now :-) I don´t know what I did but everything got mixed up and text changed position and jumped in to the photographs :-) :-) :-) It´s ok now but lots of photographs don´t show and as soon as I try to put them in another disappears and it´s not because of lack of space :-) :-) Well I hope everything works better tomorrow :-) :-)
