Birthday Celebration and Brunch

I made this centerpiece for my daughter's table. I decorated so she would be surprised when she came home.

Some of these photos came out really dark.

My husband picked up the balloons. I told him to get pastels. I think he is colored blind.

This are mini ice cream cones which I dipped in melted white chocolate and then dipped in sprinkles.

I made funfetti cupcakes rather than one large cake.

This place definitely has a "hunt" theme going on in it.

A see through double sided fireplace.

My old sofa ended up down here.

Everyone came to brunch on Saturday morning. I made Scotch eggs,a pepperoni fritatta, French toast with bananas foster topping, 2 kinds of pierogies and kielbasa.

I served it with my homemade pickles and Turkish peppers and spicy Russian ketchup. The kids had a blast sampling everything.

In addition to the gorgeous food and home, Mr. O and I are just drooling over that Wurlitzer.

Your daughter is so lucky to have such a creative, loving mom! It all looked so cozy and delicious. I would gain lots of weight if I was your neighbor!
The pictures are wonderful. Even though some are a bit dark.

I'd rather "dark", than with that too-bright-effect of a flash.

Gentle hugs,
"Auntie"

I think that if I had lived closer, or at least on Your continent I would just casually passed by for a visit today :-) :-) Lots of goodies I would have loved to get a taste off :-) :-) :-)

I do like that fox painting! Well I like that house too :-)

Have a great day!
Christer.
