One Handed Cooking

Yesterday I did a lot of one handed cooking.  I made Broken Paw Slaw (cole slaw), Lobster (Claw) Rolls (my hand now looks like a claw) and Numb Thumb Bread.  It should be Halloween!

These rolls are really good.  Click here for the recipe:  http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/seeded-hamburger-buns-recipe

My daughter is coming home with her boyfriend this weekend so I am preparing lots of food for them.  I baked some sandwich bread too.

You can leave them plain.

Or coat them with melted butter.

I have all kinds of plans for my one handed food!

I will post it all as I go.

You were all originally right....there are tattoos under the splint. Old, old tats.  There are 5 of them in there!

Ha! I thought so! Everything on myt body is old. I notice you use a lot of glass bakeware and wonder if you lower the temp of your oven?

I am completely amazed that you can do this with one hand. It looks delicious.
You are amazing! How do you do all that with only one good hand? I'm making your sandwich bread today. I like your tats

You made these with one hand?!!!! My breads don't look this beautiful and I fuss over them with both hands and ... (sorry, I'm having bread envy)... Enjoy your visitors (I would have let them make the bread.) Thanks for the recipe.

Good-looking bread, Joyce! Amazing what one can accomplish with only one hand. In answer to your question in your response to my blog today, yes, I will post the chocolate frosting for the yellow cake as well, probably around Friday. Take care of yourself!

Wow! Love those breads and so nice to see them again under their new aliases (you clever girl, you!). Now, I'm gonna have to make some, myself.

SERIOUSLY, homemade bread with one hand. You are unreal. LOVE the sound of those Lobster Rolls. Your hand looks like it's getting better. GREAT tattoos. Take care.
Still getting a box pop up, wanting me to download a file, when I come here.

Seems like this is what happens, when one moves their curser over a spot, which links to another site. Seems like... Don't know...

Can my curser be extra-special-sensitive? lol.

What does the Blog Tech think?

Knew they were tats!!!

,-)

You're such a worker. Amazing. Your kids must LOVE time in your kitchen.

Tatts don't fit your picture, but then they must've at one time. A rabble rouser?

Love,

S
