Asian Cod with Stcky Rice and Broccoli

I made this yesterday and though I've posted it before, I thought it was worth posting it again.  This is one of The Blog Tech's favorite meals.

Place pieces of cod in a container in a single layer.

In a separate bowl, mix 6 T. of honey, 6 T. rice wine, 2 T. fresh lemon juice, 2 T. sesame oil, 2 T. grated fresh ginger and 3 minced garlic cloves.  Pour this over the fish and cover with plastic.  Refrigerate for at least 6 hours of overnight.

Add additional sesame oil and a bit of olive oil in a non stick pan.  Cook on both sides until golden.

The fish should be very flaky and cooked through.

Serve it with sticky rice and broccoli.  Top it with sliced green onions and drizzle sauce from the pan over the rice.

I also made over 100 butterhorns for my friends.  They were very happy!  The big basket in the front went to The Blog Tech and his girlfriend.

That does look nice! Long time since I made fish here, well to myself that is. Maybe I should make this to myself tomorrow?

Have a great day!

this sounds amazing, that blog tech is one lucky boy!!!
Cod is one of my favorite seafood treats. This looks wonderful. But I could get along nicely with just the rolls.
