The Blog Tech's Favorite Meal

I have posted this before but if you missed it, you should give it a try.  It is easy and delicious.
Make a marinate of 6 T. honey, 6 T. soy sauce, 6 T. rice wine vinegar, 4 tsp. sesame oil and 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger.
Places 2 # of cod in a container and pour the marinate over it.  Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Heat a bit of oil in  a non-stick pan and cook the cod on each side until cooked through.

Make a pot of sticky rice.

Pour the marinate in a heavy pot and cook until it begins to thicken.

Keep the fish warm while preparing the sides.

Serve the cod with some steamed broccoli and the sticky rice.  Drizzle with some thickened marinate and sprinkle sliced green onions over all.

That is a complicated favourite dish mine is grilled cheese sandwich(although that can get complicated from time to time!) I checked out the recipe . I think i found it as cinnamon almonds and i am going to try and make them in a regular pot because i do not have a slow cooker. I will tell you how this goes!
Have a great weekend!

This is a must do! I love cod in any way it's done :-)

Cod was the poor mans food when I grew up and now it's one of the more expensive fish one can buy :-)

Have a great day!
