Onion Scape Pesto Pasta

I cut my onion scapes the other day and made them into pesto to make pasta for the shelter.
It made some really good pasta.

You can use any pesto recipe that you like. I only had a small amount of pine nuts so I used walnuts as a substitution.

I do like all kinds of pasta, easy to make and still so delicious with the right company :-)

Have a great day!
Christer.
I have to look up onion scapes...

Yes, we substitute walnuts, in pesto, too.

How are you doing? Are you still able to see new posting, on the blogs you watch?

All's cool here, so far. And I think we are in-the-new-way, now. Into July 1st, as it is.

This looks so delicious; I can and do eat pesto by the spoonful and often wonder if I could thin it down with chicken broth to make a soup of it.
