Turkeys

Have you decorated for Thanksgiving this year?  I decorated right after Halloween and am taking it all down now so I can start on Christmas decorations.

This time of the year just flies by so quickly and there is so much to do.

 Vintage lead turkeys.

I need to get the decorations finished so I can start my Christmas baking.

Since I am cooking for the shelter for Thanksgiving this year, we will be eating Asian that day.

These are the only turkeys for us this year.

Soon it will be time to put our Clark Griswold on!

That collection of turkeys is the most wonderful I've ever seen! And with that little tease at the end, I can't wait for your Christmas.

We're having seabass...go figure
Those turkeys are so fine!

I think that Your holidays so close together makes Your autumn/winter pass so fast, we have nothing so here it pass so slowly :-) But as soon as First of Advent comes things will change for us too :-)

Have a great day!
Christer.

By the way, Asian is never wrong :-)

Your turkeys are beautiful.
Oh my gosh!! You know Clark too? I will never forget his wife's cousin's husband drinking out of that mug with the Reindeer ears.
That is a movie I watch every Christmas without fail. And every year I fall off my chair.
Those were my favorite Chevy movies.
Nat. Lampoon Vac. and Christmas Vac.
LOVE them!
I can make it to Spring and then I begin to climb back into waiting for Fall again. I don't think it has a thing to do with being born in October...LOL We are just Fall and Winter people.

Like you, the Autumn things are being packed away..down to the bare bones of it all now..and "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas~!" :)
Sending you a big hug!
