Happy Christmas Eve

A late post, I've had a busy day.

I was finally able to cook for the shelter.  My ovens got a temporary fix to get me through Christmas.  I made 40 lbs of ham.

I made cookie plates for all the neighbors.

I made 200 rolls for the shelter to go with the ham.

I took them over 1000 cookies. I also bought sets of dominos, checkers, slinkys, paddle balls and yoyos and other assorted games and wrapped them so each of the guys at the shelter had a present to open.  They were so happy!  I got to be Santa for a bit today.

I think you are a Santa everyday, I cooked a spiral ham today and it turned out beautiful, and potato rolls too and pumpkin pie, after all that I just for life of me do not know how you do much more and so often, you are a wonder woman for sure!Turkey goes in tomorrow, we don't usually do both turkey and ham but for our American son in law I cooked ham, your Thanksgiving is so close to Christmas I think he is turkied out!Be a good girl so Santa doesn't miss your house Joyce, I'm pretty certain you have that covered, lol

I'm glad that You at least have Your ovens temporarely fixed! I can imagine how fun it must have been for those guys to get a Christmas present :-) Who knows when they got one the last time.

I ate way to much food and candy yesterday :-) :-) So no breakfast today, just some tea :-)

I wish You and Your Family a Good Yule!

That is not Santa for a bit! that is huge because of your generosity of spirit. It is not just the money but the amount of time and effort invested in the work.

A blessed Christmas to you and yours from sunny Sri Lanka.
