Are You Freezing?

 While we are all freezing, the garden is doing it's work.  It won't be long before these daffodils squeeze out of the frozen ground.

 Teddy will be more than ready to garden.  It's her favorite thing.

 The service berries will be blooming.

 The rhubarb and garlic will be popping up.

As will the ferns.
Stay warm and remember, spring is 2 months away!

Hard to imagine when it's 1 below with a wind chill of 20 below! Sad thing is, you didn't warm me up any.

I'm sitting in my kitchen with the fire burning in the stove so at the moment life is good :-) But Spring will most likely not arrive here until the middle of April or even later.

I hope it comes quickly!! The middle part of the country has been in this deep freeze due to the crazy path of the jet stream.(This is according to our weatherman)The jet stream goes way up over us , through Canada, and down on all of you. We do need rain!! All the skiers out here are not happy.

Deep freeze here -- just put another pour of hot water in the bird bath -- dozens of birds and squirrels out there -- hoping for food and water!
