Stecca

Teddy is sick and tired of having a snow nosey.

She spends a lot of her day sitting at the door and looking outside.  She is ready for planting season to begin.

I made more stecca yesterday and I must say, this is some terrific bread.

You can find the recipe here: http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-best-sandwich-bread-italian-stecca.html

Just looking at this bread makes you want to grab it and bite into it.  The aroma is not too bad either!

I'm sick of sticking my nose in it too, it seems that high here! I would how ever have trouble sticking into those lovely breads,
I think Teddy is channeling you! LOL! You're right, if I could reach through my computer screen and grab one of those rolls I would, they look delicious!
I hope your snow goes away soon! Poor Teddy. Your bread looks delicious!

Hi Joyce! So you still have snow while here in Istanbul, we are enjoying beautiful springlike weather! Your bread looks amazing.. I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw stecca as I'm not familiar with it, but oh my!
