How Does Your Garden Grow?

Doesn't everything always look better after a good rain?  We finally got some though the humidity that came with it is awful.

I planted a small herb garden for my daughter.

Time to pick lettuce.  My lettuce is growing so much better since it is not in direct sun.

 Nasturtiums and cilantro.

Someone is not too happy about the rain.

 The driveway garden.

Click for a closer look.  I labeled things but it appears they came out really tiny.

 Jalapenos, zucchini and cucumbers.

My cherry tree has big leaves but no Cherry's.

When you plant in deep raised beds you can place your plants much closer because their roots have room to grow down.

At least that is what I have been told.  We shall see!

More of my driveway garden.  I've blocked one side of my garage at this point.  Dirty car/good tomatoes....not such a tough choice.

Things grow so fast.  This planter is about to spill over the sides.

The Salem Witch Day Lilies will bloom around the 4th of July.

It looks fantastic over at Your garden!
Things slowed down rather much here because we've gotten much colder weather now and lastr night we almost had frost and there's a risk for it tonight as well, so I need to cover everything tonight.

Have a great day!
Christer.

We had a doozy of a storm last night. Big hail, wild winds. Wooooo, it was something

Oh, your garden looks WONDERFUL! How I wish I had kept the two troughs I sold in the auction in March! I have only one here... and hope to get them planted this weekend!

RAINED here all day. Love your container gardening. When do you think the cherry tree will yield fruit?

SO jealous of your garden! It's been oddly chilly over here in Washington, and my seedlings are all little and slow growing. Here's hoping we get some warmer weather!

Awesome!!! Nice job (of course!)
I don't know how you do it - seems like yesterday to me you published photos of your all time awful winter bleakness and now this green lushness - beautiful!
Everything just gets thicker and lusher every time you show it! :)
I love it! The pic of Teddy is adorable.
