Magic Dust

This is such a good rub to use when making pulled pork.  It can be used on almost anything you want to cook on the grill too.
Mix 3/4 C. dark brown sugar, 3/4 C. white sugar, 1/2 C. smoked paprika, 1/2 C. kosher salt, 4 T. garlic powder, 4 T. onion powder, 2 T. black pepper, 2 T. ground ginger, 2 T. ground rosemary, 2 T. thyme and 2 tsp. cayenne.  Mix well.
I keep this in a zip lock bag.  This makes about 3 cups and it lasts for a long time.

It makes the tastiest pulled pork.

I have actually never made pulled pork but it's very popular here right now. I better try it and I do like all those spices :-)

Have a great day!
