Guacamole

I made some guacamole for the Superbowl.  I love this stuff and so does everybody else.  I don't know why I don't think to make it more often.
Use 4 avocados.  I mash mine with a pastry blender. Add the juice of 2 limes, 1/2 tsp. of salt, 1/2 tsp. of cumin, 1/4 cup of diced fresh cilantro, 1 medium red onion diced, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 diced jalapeno and some diced tomato.  Mix this all together and let it sit for a while to let the flavors blend.

Serve with tortilla chips.

This looks like a great recipe. Going to keep it close. The guacamole we had for the Super Bowl, (made by someone else) was so full of jalepeno's you could barely eat it. Too hot. Ruined it for me.

Looks so good! They have avocados for sale at the grocery so it would be a good time to try that recipe.

I am making this in the morning to have on my toast. If it were not so late I would make it this minute.

This looks like the perfect guacamole. I'll make this tonight with cheese and tomato quesadillas.
