Easter for the Kids

I made the kids a bit of Easter food for their last day at the center before the holiday. I am limited as to what I can do since there are no cooking facilities there.

Fresh baked rolls always remind me of Easter so I made a ham and rolls so they could have sandwiches.

I also made macaroni salad to go with it.

Eight quarts of salad and 56 rolls.

A 15 pound ham.
I kept the ham warm in a crock pot.  Not a drop was left, 15 kids ate it all.  They devoured it.  Happy Easter kids!  Now I have to find something to make for us!
