I made these yesterday for the workers and for my girlfriends kids. I probably shouldn't have given them to the workers because they broke another of my windows yesterday when they were replacing it. This is the second one they broke. This is going to drag this project out even longer. Ugh! |
Ganache is easy to make. Place 16 oz. of high quality chocolate in a bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling cream over it. Don't stir. let it sit for 10 minutes and then whisk it together. It will look just like this and will darken as it cools.

I made one batch with colored sprinkles.
I had extra ganache so I made another batch and rolled them in chopped walnuts.
