Rice Krispy Treats with Caramel and Peanuts

Today is my daughter's birthday and she requested Rice Krispy treats to take to work to share with her friends.  My friend told me that her daughter adds caramel and salted peanuts to hers and I thought they sounded wonderful so I made them that way.
You just make the Krispy treats the regular way and pour half of them into a greased pan.

Then melt a bunch of caramels and pour them over that layer and sprinkle them with salted peanuts.

Spread the rest of the Krispys over the caramel and nuts.

 Cut them into squares.

There will be a lot of happy people at work today.

I love anything with peanuts and rice krisies aren't bad either so I would most likely love this :-)

Have a great day!
