Sweet and Savory Bacon Wrapped Chicken

SNOW!!!  Not much but it's a start! And I still have leaves on many of my trees. Unreal!
I made these for my kids yesterday to eat with scrambled eggs and they really loved them.
Mix 3/4 cup of brown sugar with 3 tablespoons of chili powder.

Wrap strips of chicken or chicken tenders with thin slices of bacon. Then roll each one in the sugar mixture.  Place them on a rack over a cookie sheet and bake them at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

 Very simple!

That does really look yummy! Easy to make as well. A must try when I want chicken again, I guess that happens when we finally find something more Albin can eat :-)

Tiny, tiny snowflakes have started to fall here too now, I really don't want it :-)

Have a great day!

Christer.

Oh, this sounds delicious... do you make your own chili powder? I can't stand cumin, and was wondering if 1/4 cayenne/ and 3/4 smoked paprika could be subbed for the cumin in it?
