What a Mess

I'm having a very busy day today and had nothing to post until I ran to my basement to grab some ingredients and was horrified when I looked at my pantry.  Time for some serious organization!  This is what cooking for 35 people a day looks like.

OMG! Looks like a bomb went off in there. I thought mine looked bad after the winter holidays. Yeeesh! I know you can get it back in order but that looks like a job for a cleaning team.

I know that if I had a pantry that big I would have an even bigger mess :-)

Have a great day!

Well, at least it's not bare like Old Mother Hubbard's.

That's a wonderful pantry! Just think of all the people you've fed while making that beautiful mess.

Rather a conundrum - because you cook for an army every day, you hardly have the time to organize. You need minions!

You cook for 35 people a day. It doesn't matter what your pantry looks like. The amount of good you do is enough to cover any lapses.

You do such a good thing each day a little mess is no big deal. Nothing horrible there that I could see.

A full pantry is a blessing, whatever state it is in.
hmmm...maybe it's just me, but I saw a pattern of organization. Anyone who cooks like you do KNOWS exactly where things are. All I see is a good supply of what is needed to feed hungry kids. Shelf space may be short but everything is organized. SO THERE!! Anyone who thinks not..go back and look further than "a lot of stuff!.. TARYTERRE is right. Nothing horrible there at all. Everything stacked in it's proper stack. :)
