Ingredients:
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup butter, softened
 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
 - 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
 - 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
 - 1 cup sweetened coconut
 
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
 - Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
 - Beat butter, brown sugar, vanilla in large bowl of mixer until creamy.
 - Add eggs and beat well until fluffy.
 - Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
 - Beat in the oats and coconut.
 - Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
 - Use a medium ice cream scoop and drop on parchment covered cookie sheet.
 - Press the top of each cookie a bit to flatten
 - Bake for 12 minutes or until just turning golden.
 - Let sit on on cookie sheets about 5 minutes and then transfer to wire racks to cool.
 
I didn't try them but my daughter said they are very good.
