Pizza Roll

I made these for my workers the other day.  They are simple to throw together and people really like them.
Make your favorite pizza dough.  You can get my recipe by typing it in my search engine.  You can even use store bought.  Roll it into a rectangle.

 Spread it with garlic butter.

I forgot an assembly pic but you sprinkle shredded cheese or slices over the top.  I used provolone and mozzarella.  Sprinkle the cheese with oregano and granulated garlic.  Place a layer of sliced pepperoni and capocollo over the cheese.   You could use salami or ham or whatever you like.

Roll it into a long log, pinch the seam and place seam side down on a parchment covered baking sheet.

 Brush with more garlic butter.

Bake it at 450 degrees for about 25 minutes until it begins to brown.

Let it cool a bit before slicing.

You can serve it plain or with pizza sauce for dipping.

Thank you. We love these, but I have never made any myself. Now I will.
