Of course we only know the tip of the iceberg.  This explains a lot!  From a well known historian:

The only thing we can do is vote republicans out. Sorry people even if you think" not my guy/gal, he/she is ok" well not the truth. Not that the world should be run by Democrats but we need a shake up in all elected offices. We can not afford be have a head in the sand philosophy. Hopefully we can start again.

I got goosebumps as he started to talk about the Atomic clock. Truly frightening.
It's scary that people are so distracted from the real distruction going on in Washington DC. Remeber to get registered and vote in November. It's so important.
I do hope You can get people to vote so these evil people can't rule any more!

I will try to watch it when I can.
Since 45 announced that he was going to run for President, he has been the first story on the news 95% of the time. Between his tweets every morning and the headlines, he is destroying the morale of the country and tearing us apart . Behind his explosive rhetoric is congress doing what they had long planned to do for many years with little oversight. Far right federal judges are being put in place all the time and like the Supreme Court, they are judges for life. Justice in the US is being framed for generations. I know the Democrats have little power but they have voices and their silence is deafening.

We are big Noam fans in this house! I also want to say thanks for putting your passion and viewpoint forward in your blog. Those of us who want change must make our voices heard, however we can. Anyone who says "keep politics out" of your blog (or whatever channel you use to communicate) is dead wrong and must be ignored. We become apathetic at our peril. Have a great day, Joyce.
