I made this coffee cake for my workers yesterday.
This recipe is made with yeast so it is more like a nut roll than a traditional coffee cake. |
The dough is very nice to work with but keep in mind, it must be made the day before you form and bake it.

Pumpkin and pecan is rarely used in anything over here, not so strange perhaps since pecans don't grow here and we don't grow pumpkins especially often either :-) I do like things that taste of pumkin though.
