Corner Shop Pies

I am still in "pie man" mode.


I am finally coming to terms with a few things about making pies.


I kept wondering why anyone would make a fabulous Beef Bourguignon and then wrap it in pie dough?


Then I figured it out.


These little pies are like the UK's fast food.


They are the British equivalent of our hamburgers.


Except these are a lot better.


They are like a cupcake is to a cake.


Just grab one and go!

I think we should all be in a pie mood, all the time! Pie is a wonderful thing, and yours look amazing. I've been meaning to make a chicken or beef pot pie, and one of these weekends I'm just going to have to.
