Wicked Cool Towels and a Spaghetti Recipe

Check out these really cool towels I found on ebay.  Click to enlarge the photo.
These are my all time favorite towels.
Here is the link for them:  http://www.ebay.com/itm/PRIMITIVE-INSPIRED-FALL-HARVEST-FLOUR-SACK-DECORATIVE-TOWEL-/321152714239?pt=Folk_Art&hash=item4ac63185ff

I had leftover potlatch salmon from the other day and this is what I did with it.

I cut the salmon into pieces and gently heated it.

In a separate skillet, I sauteed some garlic in a bit of oil and butter and added lots of chopped fresh herbs from my garden.  I used chives, rosemary, marjoram, parsley, sage and oregano.

 I boiled some thin spaghetti.

Then mixed it with the butter sauce.

And served the salmon over it.

Jaz, if you get a chance please drop by my blog. Today I posted about our Mock Orange Bush and showed hoe this would have been a great bush to have been in the movie "Practical Magic" (I know that you are a true fan of this movie and so lucky to own the spellbook from it)!!! Our bush has really bloomed this year...I am so happy about this!
