Jack O' Lantern

What's not to love about Autumn?  Bay hales in the fog.

While tooling down the road I caught a glimpse of this.

Please sir, I will have one of those.

How cool is this?  A Jack O' Lantern chiminea.  I lit it just before sunset.

Dusk. I fed him more JOL food.

Dark.  Perfect, eh?

I don't think I heard the term 'bay hales' before? Not on used around here. Always good to add to ones vocabulary, I say.
Love that pumpkin chiminea!!! And the photos are great!

That one is so cool! Especially in the dark! I doubt we'll ever see any of that kind over here :-)

Have a great day!

We have hay bales in Ontario, but I have not seen such a wonderful chiminea.

That is one fierce Jack O' Lantern. It looks so much more dramatic & creepy with fire blazing inside to light it. It is a magnificent look for your yard. Now all you need is to gather the family & sit around the blazing Jack O"Lanter telling scary ghost stories. Even Teddy might be frightened by this guy in her yard

Man you guys in the USA sure get awesome things. Here in Nz we have Christmas decorations and carols being belted out in shop. I thought of you while in the Kirks xmas shop.

Great pics. I have seen something similar to this Jack O'Lantern in Brittany: a Poulpican lantern. The poulpican being some kind of Breton spirit/faery creature.

He looks just slightly demented which I suppose is appropriate for such a thing
