A Dessert Platter

 I have a friend that was having people over for dinner last Saturday.  She hardly cooks and she doesn't bake at all.  Bingo....guinea pig!  I had a prime subject to test some desserts for me.

 I made two recipes of double chocolate brownies, one topped with Bailey's  buttercream frosting and the other topped with raspberry buttercream and fresh berries. I also made some walnut, toffee blondies.

 I decorated the tray with some of my daughter's shamrock sugar cookies.

I sent along a loaf of rosemary bread with garlic butter too.  The raspberry topped brownies were everyone's favorites.
